Placements24 is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites in the Upington region. You will drive performance, implement company policies, and lead local site managers to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management and has at least 5 years of multi-site operations experience, with strong leadership and data-driven planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-site/area operations management experience.
• Proven ability to lead across multiple locations and drive performance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and develop strategic plans.
• Proficiency with business operations software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operational performance across multiple sites/branches within designated area.
• Ensure consistent implementation of policies, procedures, and service standards across locations.
• Provide leadership and support to site managers to foster high performance.
• Monitor KPIs for each site and implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets and resources for the area to optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence across the area.
