Qualifications

• 10 years of progressively more responsible senior management experience.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Align people with process and communicate direction to teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and cost efficiencies.
• Lead a senior management team to deliver customer-service oriented operations.
• Manage interdivisional relationships and own the department.
• Implement processes to ensure compliance across Armed Response, Guarding, Fleet and Training.
