Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of senior Operations Management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and meeting regional targets.
• Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with hybrid work environments and managing distributed teams is advantageous.
