Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking an Operations Manager in Midrand to oversee client security operations, HR/IR matters, fleet and expenses control, and officer postings. You will ensure client requirements are met and lead security teams across multiple sites.

The role requires extensive security-industry experience, strong leadership, and compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standards. A valid driver’s license and PSIRA Grade A are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent.
• PSIRA Grade A registered.
• Valid Driver’s License with own transport.
• At least 10 years’ experience in the security industry.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Operational Security Management.
• Firearm Act knowledge and firearm competency for business purposes.
• Staff management experience.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple clients and security operations.
• Oversee client liaison and HR/IR matters.
• Coordinate fleet management and expenses control.
• Oversee posting of Security Officers and ensure site security requirements.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly incident and general reports.
• Investigate incidents and report outcomes.
• Plan proactively for various sites and clients.
• Ensure ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management compliance.
