5 years functional + 5 years managerial experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Achieve targets as per Budget.
Own regional and national P&L responsibility across business verticals.
Implement strategy and build relationships with key clients.
Lead staff, training and build strong teams to support SLAs.
Minimise travel and related costs while maintaining SLAs.
Drive efficiency by managing Commercial Services Team activities.
Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly.
