Capital H Staffing and Advisory Solutions client, a leading wealth management and financial services organisation, is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to drive performance across the KwaZulu-Natal region. The role focuses on sales growth, operational excellence, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and building high‑performing teams to support long‑term growth objectives.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations and Compliance to achieve business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification advantageous.
• RE5 qualification advantageous.
• CFP or other relevant financial planning qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies.
• Drive regional revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop regional management and sales teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee operational performance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, AML, POPIA, and other applicable legislation.
• Analyse regional performance and prepare strategic reports for executive leadership.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• CFP or other relevant financial planning qualifications advantageous.

Experience

• 5-10 years' experience within financial services, banking, insurance, wealth management, or investment services.
• 3-5 years' experience in a senior management or regional leadership role.
• Proven experience leading multi‑site operations.
• Strong background in business development, sales leadership, and client relationship management.
• Wealth management experience preferred.
