Job summary

3L Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager to establish controls, manage profitability, and drive data-driven insights across Sub-Saharan Africa from the Cape Town base. The role emphasizes collaboration with BI teams and business partners to deliver strategic financial guidance.

The successful candidate will lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and various analyses while supporting global finance initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• BCom Accounting or equivalent advantageous.
• Professional finance qualifications (SAIPA/CIMA/ACCA/CA(SA)) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain financial controls and processes with continuous auditing and reporting.
• Build and maintain management reporting and support executive decision making.
• Develop financial plans and forecasts; support budgeting and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual management accounts and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with BI and business teams to drive data‑backed insights.
