Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Regional Manager to oversee and drive business performance across multiple branches in the Welkom region. You will lead sales, marketing and operations, ensuring consistent service and brand representation throughout the Free State.

In this role you will develop regional strategies, manage branch managers, monitor performance and foster strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has proven leadership, budgeting and negotiation skills and a track record

About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Regional Manager to oversee and drive business performance across multiple branches in the Welkom region. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales, operations, and team management. The Regional Manager will be responsible for achieving regional targets, developing business opportunities, and ensuring consistent service delivery and brand representation across the Free State.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional strategies to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Manage and support a team of branch managers and their respective teams.
• Monitor regional performance, identify trends, and implement necessary adjustments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all branches.
• Foster strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction within the region.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's reach in Welkom and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Regional Manager or in a comparable leadership position.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and operations management .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
