Placements24 seeks a strategic Head of Retail Operations to steer store performance across Vereeniging, Gauteng and nearby areas. You will shape operational strategy, drive profitability, and uphold exceptional customer experiences across multiple outlets.

You will manage regional managers and store teams, oversee inventory and loss prevention, ensure brand standards, and collaborate with marketing to align activities with business goals. A proven multi-site retail track record is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive retail management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple stores.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional operational strategies to maximise sales and profitability across the region.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure high standards of customer service and presentation.
• Manage, coach, and develop regional and store managers.
• Monitor KPIs for sales, customer satisfaction, and efficiency; implement improvements.
• Control inventory, stock levels, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and store layouts.
• Develop regional budgets and manage costs effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising to align store activities with strategy.
• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews for Vereeniging region.
