The Recruitment Guy (Pty) Ltd invites an experienced Regional General Manager to lead the Northern Cape, North West and Limpopo regions on a permanent basis. You will drive strategy, regional execution and profitability from the hub base.

Key requirements include 5+ years of general management, a strong sales/commercial background, multi-branch operations experience and a track record in mining/construction rental sectors. Salary: R1.4 Million PA TCTC.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business/Sales/Leadership.
• Post graduate business qualification (NFQ 8 or 9) is an advantage.
• Approximate 5+ years General Management experience at middle to senior level.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Sales or Commercial function at a middle to senior level.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling multi-branch operations.

• Ensure understanding of the Regional Operating Plan and company’s operational framework.
• Drive regional growth through identifying, analysing, and pursuing new business opportunities.

Regional General Manager

An opportunity for an experienced REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER is required for permanent employment overseeing the 3x Northern Regions (Northern Cape, North West & Limpopo).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation of the overall company strategy and translate it into a Regional Strategy and Operating Plan.
• Create organisational capacity and manage the integration of Commercial and Operations activities across the Region.
• Drive growth and profitability of the Region in line with the Commercial and Operational Strategy.
• Manage day-to-day activities within the Regional Hub.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills (Non-negotiable)

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Business/Sales/Leadership (NQF 6 or 7)
• Post graduate business qualification (NFQ 8 or 9) is an advantage
• Approximate 5+ years General Management experience at middle to senior management level
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales or Commercial function at a middle to senior management level
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling multi-branch operations
• Experience in the rental industry with short- and long-term rentals, preferably in mining, construction, heavy and light industrial sectors
• Proven track record of successfully growing a region’s revenue and profitability
