Job summary

Smollan is seeking a Field Sales and Service Consultant to drive sales and promote financial products across a defined region. You will build strong client relationships, manage a diverse portfolio and identify new business opportunities to tailor solutions for customers.

The role includes presentations, product demonstrations, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with teams to meet targets in a compliant, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate required.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field is mandatory.
• 2–4 years of sales or customer service experience preferred, ideally in financial services or insurance.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and engage new business opportunities to drive sales of financial services and products in one of South Africa's largest banks.
• Identify and pursue leads to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations with potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives within the specified region or territory; manage client accounts and build lasting relationships.
