Job summary

Smollan is seeking a Field Sales and Service Consultant to drive sales and promote financial products within an assigned region. You will build strong client relationships, manage a growing portfolio, and identify new business opportunities to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.

You will present products, conduct demonstrations, and consult with potential clients to hit sales targets. You will maintain accurate CRM records, handle administrative tasks, and ensure compliant, high‑quality

Qualifications

National Matric Certificate (Grade 12/NQF level 4) plus Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (NQF 5).
2–4 years sales or customer service experience, preferably in financial services or insurance.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong background in consultative selling and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

Drive sales of financial products in an assigned region and build a client portfolio.
Identify leads, conduct presentations, demos, and consultations with clients.
Provide exceptional service and tailor financial solutions to client needs.
Record activities, maintain CRM data, and prepare regular sales reports.
Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risks in sales of financial products.
