Job summary

Smollan is hiring a Field Sales and Service Consultant to drive sales of financial products within an assigned region. You will build customer relationships, manage a client portfolio, and identify new business opportunities to deliver tailored solutions.

You will conduct presentations, meet sales targets, provide after-sales support, and ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate CRM records and complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent; Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (NQF5)
• 2–4 years sales or customer service experience, preferably in financial services or insurance
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and strong consultative selling skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales of financial services and products in the region.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations with potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and manage client accounts while building strong relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service and tailor financial solutions to client needs.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and CRM data; prepare regular reports and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies in all dealings.
