Job summary

Smollan seeks a Field Sales and Service Consultant to drive sales of financial products in an assigned region. You will build client relationships, manage a portfolio, and identify opportunities to provide tailored solutions and meet customer needs.

The role covers sales and business development, customer service, product consultation, reporting, and compliance, with CRM record-keeping and contract administration included. A background in sales and financial services is preferred.

Qualifications

• National Matric Certificate is required.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (NQF 5) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and engage new business opportunities to drive sales of financial services and products.
• Identify and pursue leads to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations with potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives within the specified region; manage client accounts and relationships.
• Provide exceptional service and tailor financial solutions to client needs; follow up on requests.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; submit regular reports.
• Complete and maintain client records in CRM; update data and manage contracts.
