Job summary

Absa Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic External Sales professional to own and drive sales targets for Inclusive Banking and related areas. You will collaborate across RB, CIB and Physical Channels to deliver end-to-end sales execution and customer migration initiatives.

You will actively identify cross-sell opportunities, represent Absa at external events and build networks within the region to enhance visibility and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Delivers on sales targets for Inclusive Banking, Entry Level and Bulk Acquisition in B2C.
• Engages with cross-functional teams to drive opportunities across RB, CIB and Physical Channels.
• Engages customers with Absa value propositions and migration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Owns and delivers on individual performance targets for external sales activities.
• Supports collaborative sales between relationship banking, business banking and corporate banking.
• Plan and conduct education on Absa’s value proposition to customers.
• Identify opportunities and represent Absa at external sales engagements within assigned areas.
• Builds networks and relationships to support lead generation and Absa visibility across the region.
• Proactively mine EVP Schemes to deliver on sales and service targets for the region.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and align with external sales disciplines.
