Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of regional development projects across economic, infrastructure, and social programs.
- Develop proposals, business cases, and implementation strategies.
- Manage budgets, secure funding, and ensure financial accountability.
- Coordinate with government departments, private sector partners, and community groups.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
