Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience with social or community development programs.
• Hybrid/remote collaboration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of social program projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate teams and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Monitor risks and budgets to ensure timely delivery and accountability.
• Report progress to senior management and external partners.
