Placements24 is seeking a Regional Branch Manager for its client, a leading financial services institution, to drive performance in the Tembisa branch of Gauteng. You will lead a team, manage customer relationships, and ensure service excellence across sales, service and operations.

The role requires strategic planning, regulatory acumen, and strong leadership to achieve growth in a dynamic market. On-site position with relocation to Tembisa. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or related field.
• 7+ years in financial services with at least 4 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and branch profitability.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, regulations, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• Willing to reside or relocate to Tembisa, Gauteng.

• Oversee all branch operations in Tembisa, including sales, service and admin.
• Develop and execute plans to hit customer acquisition, retention and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach and evaluate banking professionals.
