The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in retail operations and proven leadership, with expertise in P&L management, inventory control, and process improvement across multiple sites. This role requires stakeholder management and a strong operational mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail Operations, or a related field.
• 8+ years in retail operations, including 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven multi-site operations management with strong P&L experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in retail management systems and data analysis tools.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations in the region.
• Develop strategic operational plans to grow market share and profitability.
• Manage regional budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead and coach store managers and staff to high performance.
