• Minimum 8 years in financial services with at least 4 in management.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and service targets.
• Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and ensure service excellence.
• Develop and execute plans to hit sales targets and profitability.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver high performance.
