The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a proven track record in retail leadership, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities to inspire a high-performing team in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail or branch management.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing staff effectively.
• Strong understanding of financial management and operational processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing business environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to company standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

• Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
