Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with clients in the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors to define their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Conducting comprehensive interviews and assessing candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a demonstrated specialization or strong interest in the Engineering and Manufacturing industries.
• Proven ability to source candidates for technical and skilled labor roles.
• Familiarity with engineering terminology and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
