Qualifications

• Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is required.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant vocational qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients in the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors to define staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates for technical roles, including engineers and technicians.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process with timely feedback.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for successful candidates.
• Maintain and expand a strong talent pipeline within Engineering and Manufacturing domains.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
