Placements24 is seeking a driven Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle remotely, with occasional visits to Paarl. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, conduct interviews, and drive onboarding.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 3+ years in recruitment, and strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills. Proficiency with ATS is essential.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for their organization, operating remotely with potential for occasional visits to Paarl . This role is essential for attracting top talent and building a high-performing workforce. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process.
