Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Somerset West is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Specialist to train and grow into a professional recruitment role in Cape Town.

You will source and screen candidates, interview and present them to employers, and build strong relationships with job seekers and clients within an ISO-certified system. Training leads to a professional certification and a career with commission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Cape Town contact centre / BPO.
• Strong English, confident on the phone, and comfortable with targets.
• Familiar with quality scores and following a documented process.
• Willing to move from agent to a professional, commission-based role.
• Matric essential; further studies or NQF qualification a plus.

You already know how to talk to people under pressure, hit numbers, follow a process and stay calm when someone is unhappy. We will teach you how to use those skills to place people in jobs and build a career with commission, variety and a recognised professional certification.
