You will source and screen candidates, interview and present them to employers, and build strong relationships with job seekers and clients within an ISO-certified system. Training leads to a professional certification and a career with commission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Cape Town contact centre / BPO.
• Strong English, confident on the phone, and comfortable with targets.
• Familiar with quality scores and following a documented process.
• Willing to move from agent to a professional, commission-based role.
• Matric essential; further studies or NQF qualification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for temporary and permanent roles.
• Interview, match and present people to Cape Town employers.
• Build relationships with both job seekers and client companies.
• Work to clear targets inside an ISO-certified recruitment system.
• Complete our structured training and professional certification.
