Express Employment Professionals in Cape Town is launching a trainee Recruitment Specialist program. We train high-performing BPO people to become professional Recruitment Specialists with an ISO-certified system and a recognised professional certification.

You will source and screen candidates, interview and present them to Cape Town employers, and build relationships with job seekers and client companies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Cape Town contact centre / BPO or similar environment.
• Strong English with clear phone communication and target focus.
• Familiar with quality scores, CRM systems and documented processes.

Who we want

• 2+ years in a Cape Town contact centre / BPO (customer service, sales, retention or collections)
• Strong English, confident on the phone, comfortable with targets
• Used to quality scores, CRM and following a documented process
• Hungry to move from “agent” to a professional, commission-based role
• Matric essential; further studies or NQF customer-service qualification a plus
