Responsibilities

• Oversee daily recruitment operations and delivery against hiring targets.
• Manage pipelines to fill vacancies within turnaround times.
• Coach and support recruitment team members to achieve performance objectives.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce requirements and role profiles.
• Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection processes.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide governance reports.
