This pivotal role involves overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency of the recruitment function. You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology to enhance delivery. This position is crucial for maintaining the high standards of service our client provides to its diverse customer base, offering a significant opportunity to impact operational excellence in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine recruitment processes and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee the management of recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and recruitment regulations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment operations, HR operations, or a similar managerial role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, HR compliance, and employment law.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing recruitment technology (ATS, CRM).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements, with the capability to manage effectively from Nelspruit or any remote location.
