TP in South Africa is seeking a Recruitment Assistant Manager to support the Recruitment Manager in delivering high-volume and specialist hiring outcomes. You will coach Recruiters, drive sourcing strategy, and ensure efficient end-to-end processes in partnership with stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years of recruitment experience, supervisory exposure, and strong data reporting skills. A proactive, hands-on approach and experience in BPO environments are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Matric required; tertiary qualification in HR/business preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience, including high-volume hiring.
• At least 1 year in supervisory/lead role.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing across platforms.
• Familiar with recruitment systems, ATS, and data reporting (e.g., Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management with a proactive hands-on approach.
• Exposure to the BPO or high-volume services industry (Preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and support Recruitment Specialists in volume and specialist hiring.
• Oversee daily recruitment operations ensuring timelines, quality standards, and hiring targets are achieved.
• Assist in sourcing strategies to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
• Conduct performance coaching, quality checks, and training interventions for Recruiters to improve capability.
• Work closely with the Recruitment Manager and business leaders to understand workforce planning needs.
• Manage recruitment data and dashboards, analyzing metrics to inform decisions and report progress.
• Support implementation of process improvements, technology adoption, and recruitment best practices.
• Escalate recruiter or candidate issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with HR, L&D, and Operations to ensure onboarding alignment with talent strategies.
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with managing external vendors or sourcing partners as needed.
• Represent recruitment function in stakeholder meetings or project workstreams.
