Bowman Outsourcing is seeking a Recruitment Intern to conduct outbound cold calls, build a client pipeline, and support senior consultants in Pretoria East. The role offers hybrid office visits once a week and an hourly rate, ideal for gaining hands-on recruitment and business development experience.

You will qualify leads, schedule meetings, and collaborate with the team to tailor recruitment solutions while developing essential CRM and communication skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce recruitment services and generate new business leads.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through follow-ups and relationship-building.
• Qualify leads by gathering information on client needs and recruitment requirements.
• Schedule meetings and presentations for senior recruitment consultants.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Assist in developing and refining cold-calling scripts and strategies.
