Placements24 in Soweto is seeking an energetic Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment cycle for local clients and candidates in Gauteng.

You will build relationships with employers, source and screen candidates, negotiate offers, and support onboarding, in a collaborative, community-focused branch.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, staffing, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic recruitment processes and ATS.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of Soweto/local job market is a plus.
