About the Role

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a proactive and skilled Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team in George, Western Cape. This role will focus on sourcing and placing IT and Technology professionals across a range of industries in the region. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement and understanding technical requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and finalizing offers. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for IT and technology roles, including software developers, system administrators, network engineers, and IT support.

• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs and business objectives.
• Negotiate job offers and manage the candidate experience to ensure successful placements.
• Stay updated on current technology trends, programming languages, and relevant skill sets.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment database (ATS).
• Achieve and exceed individual recruitment targets for the IT and technology division.
