About the Role

This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across oil and gas, renewables, and utilities. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and sourcing exceptional talent to fill critical roles. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles within the energy sector, from initial client consultation to offer acceptance.


• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the oil & gas, renewable energy, and utilities industries.


• Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.


• Utilize a range of resourcing tools and strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.


• Understand market dynamics, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the energy sector.


• Provide expert advice to clients on recruitment strategies and market intelligence.


• Ensure a high level of service delivery and client satisfaction.


• Maintain accurate candidate and client data within the recruitment database.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a demonstrable track record in a specialized sector.


• Experience recruiting within or a strong understanding of the Energy sector (oil & gas, renewables, utilities).
