You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across oil & gas, renewables, and utilities, building strong client relationships and sourcing exceptional talent in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities include interviewing candidates, providing market insights, and ensuring high service levels while contributing to the firm’s growth in a specialist energy recruitment environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant in a specialized sector.
• Experience recruiting in energy (oil & gas, renewables, utilities).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels.
• Proficiency with sourcing methods and recruitment technologies.
• Organized, proactive and results-driven; works well in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for energy sector roles from client consult to offer acceptance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across oil & gas, renewables, and utilities.
