Job summary

Industaff Solutions in the Western Cape is seeking a recruitment professional to lead rapid sourcing for operational, supervisory, artisan and administrative staff for local government projects.

You will screen candidates, run pre-assessments and interviews, ensure Labour Legislation compliance, and manage candidate databases and deployment logistics from Parow.

Qualifications

Who We Want to Meet:

• Recruiters with a proven 3 year+ track record, specifically in the Labour Brokerage / TES sector.

Core Responsibilities:

• Rapid candidate sourcing- build and maintain active talent pools of Operational, Operational Supervision, Artisan, Technical, Administrative, Secretarial and library staff using databases, job boards, Community outreach to fill sudden vacancies and/or seasonal spikes.
• Screening and Evaluation-Conduct high -volume verifications in partnership with approved verification service providers, pre-assessments, in-person interviews and competency testing and scoring.
• Client Needs Analysis- Meet client pre-determined requirements
• Deployment and Logistics- Ensure assignees receive precise assignment details by working in tandem with the in-house Area Site Reps.
• Talent Pipeline Management-Maintain and organise databases of available candidates who can be rapidly deployed.
• Compliance and Administration- Ensure that recruitment practices adhere to Labour Legislation.
