Core Responsibilities:

• Rapid candidate sourcing - build and maintain active talent pools of Operational, Operational Supervision, Artisan, Technical, Administrative, Secretarial and library staff using databases, job boards, Community outreach to fill sudden vacancies and/or seasonal spikes.
• Screening and Evaluation - Conduct high-volume verifications in partnership with approved verification service providers, pre-assessments, in-person interviews and competency testing and scoring.
• Client Needs Analysis - Meet client pre-determined requirements
• Deployment and Logistics - Ensure assignees receive precise assignment details by working in tandem with the in-house Area Site Reps.
• Talent Pipeline Management - Maintain and organise databases of available candidates who can be rapidly deployed.
• Compliance and Administration - Ensure that recruitment practices adhere to Labour Legislation.
