Job summary

Crew Life at Sea in Cape Town is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our maritime-focused team on a full-time basis.

You will source, screen, and select candidates across various maritime roles, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' recruitment experience, preferably in maritime, excellent communication, and the ability to travel for recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience, preferably in maritime industry.
• Maritime industry knowledge and proven sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• - Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• - Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience
• - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• - Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers
• - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our recruitment database
• - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process
• - Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates
• - Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
• - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications:
