Job summary

Crew Life at Sea in Cape Town is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our maritime-focused team on a full-time basis.

You will source, screen, and select candidates across various maritime roles, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' recruitment experience, preferably in maritime, excellent communication, and the ability to travel for recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience, preferably in maritime industry.
• Maritime industry knowledge and proven sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for maritime roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media and networks.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process and candidate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and build industry relationships.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
