The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing high-quality, face-to-face candidate interviews while building strong relationships with clients and campaign managers.
This role focuses on selecting suitable candidates through in-person assessments, understanding client requirements, and ensuring smooth recruitment delivery across various campaigns.
The ideal candidate is professional, confident, and skilled at balancing people-focused interviewing with stakeholder engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Full 360 Recruitment Life Cycle
- Manage the complete recruitment process from job intake to onboarding.
- Conduct job briefings with clients and campaign managers to understand requirements.
- Source, screen, interview, shortlist, and present qualified candidates.
- Coordinate the offer process, negotiate terms when required, and support onboarding.
- Maintain strong post-placement relationships with candidates and clients.
- Assess candidate suitability, professionalism, communication style, and role fit.
- Provide a high-quality candidate experience and ensure interview standards are upheld.
- Prepare interview notes and recommendations for hiring teams and campaign managers.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and campaign managers.
- Attend client meetings to discuss role requirements, updates, and candidate profiles.
- Provide expert hiring recommendations based on interview outcomes and campaign needs.
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment across all recruitment activities.
Recruitment Process Management
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake to candidate placement.
- Create job adverts, manage applications, and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and client feedback sessions.
- Support onboarding processes where required.
Talent Sourcing
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community engagement.
- Build a strong talent pool tailored to client and campaign requirements.
Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
- Ensure all interviews, documentation, and background checks comply with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare candidate summaries, shortlist reports, and recruitment documentation.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Provide clients and campaign managers with regular recruitment updates.
- Track metrics such as interview-to-placement ratio, pipeline status, and turnaround times.
- Contribute to weekly or monthly recruitment performance reports.
- Strong interpersonal and face-to-face interviewing skills
- Confident communicator able to engage with clients, campaign managers and candidates

- Ability to assess candidate suitability quickly and accurately
- Professional, approachable, and able to handle high-volume recruitment
- Proficiency in CRM/ATS systems and MS Office

Qualifications & Experience
- Matric / High School Diploma (Required)
- HR, Business, or related tertiary qualification (Advantageous)
- 1-3 years' recruitment or client-facing experience (Preferred)
- Strong presence on LinkedIn or Network , familiar with job boards and ATS (Zoho), (Advantagoues)
- Exposure to high-volume hiring or bulk recruitment (Essential)
