• Screening and evaluation - conduct high-volume verifications and interviews.
• Client needs analysis - meet client pre-determined requirements.
• Deployment and logistics - coordinate with area site reps to assign details.
• Talent pipeline management - maintain databases of available candidates.
• Compliance and administration - ensure recruitment practices adhere to Labour Legislation.
