• Receive and inspect incoming products, components, and customer equipment.
• Verify deliveries against delivery notes, purchase orders, and job cards.
• Record all received items accurately within company procedures.
• Identify and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Communicate receipt of customer products to Customer Service.

Receiving Clerk & Code 10 Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming products, components and customer equipment.
• Verify deliveries against delivery notes, purchase orders and job cards.
• Record all received items accurately within company procedures.
• Identify and report shortages, damages or discrepancies.
• Communicate receipt of customer products to Customer Service.
• Allocate and prepare job cards for production.
• Ensure products are correctly labelled and stored.
• Coordinate movement of products to designated workshop areas.
• Arrange products requiring sandblasting or specialized processing.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Support dispatch activities when required.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and documentation.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are maintained.
• Work closely with Stores, Production and Customer Service teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Previous experience as a Receiving Clerk or Stores Clerk within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Good administrative and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings would be advantageous.
• Valid Code 10 driver's license with PDP (advantageous).
