Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and market trends.
• Assist in sourcing and screening of potential real estate deals, building relationships with brokers and owners.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling for investment opportunities, including DCF and sensitivity testing.
• Support the due diligence process, reviewing property financials, legal documents, and market data.
• Prepare investment committee memos, presentations, and reports.
• Assist in ongoing monitoring and reporting of existing portfolio assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners throughout the investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
