Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills using Microsoft Excel; proficiency with DCF, IRR, and NPV analysis is essential.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identification and sourcing of potential real estate investment opportunities through market research and networking.
• Conduct financial analysis, including pro forma statements, DCF models, and sensitivity analyses for acquisitions.
• Perform due diligence on target properties, including leases, financial statements, title reports, and environmental assessments.
• Prepare investment committee memos, presentations, and reports detailing findings and recommendations.
• Assist in portfolio asset management, including monitoring performance and supporting asset management initiatives.
• Research market trends, demographic data, and economic indicators relevant to real estate investment.
• Support senior investment professionals in transaction execution, coordinating with brokers, lawyers, and other third parties.
• Maintain and update internal databases related to acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio performance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
