Placements24 is seeking a driven Real Estate Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in Durban. You will identify market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand the company footprint, collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in business/real estate, at least 6 years in BD, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and a proven track record in the Durban real estate market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
