This pivotal role involves identifying opportunities, overseeing the entire development lifecycle from conception to completion, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of development, including site acquisition, planning, design, construction liaison, financing, and marketing. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of the property development process in the North West province. You will play a crucial role in shaping the built environment and driving economic growth.

Key Responsibilities
