Job summary

Premier Fmcg in Queenstown is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Dispatch Clerk to manage the outbound logistics of the facility. You will ensure orders are correctly picked, packed and dispatched on time, and you will coordinate with transport providers and prepare shipping documentation.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to maintain accurate records and support seamless operations in the Logistics & Warehousing sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, shipping, or logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and shipping procedures.
• Proficiency with logistics software such as WMS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the dispatch of all outgoing shipments, ensuring timely departures.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure correct items and quantities are packed for shipment.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including waybills and invoices.
• Schedule pick-ups with various transport carriers and manage carrier performance.
• Maintain accurate logs of all dispatched goods and update inventory systems accordingly.
• Liaise with the warehouse team and customer service to resolve any dispatch-related issues.
