Job summary

Mycareercraft is seeking an organized Warehouse Dispatch Clerk to manage outbound logistics at its East London facility. You will prepare and process shipping documentation, coordinate with warehouse teams and transport providers, and ensure timely dispatch of orders.

The role requires attention to detail, strong administrative and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dispatch, shipping, or administrative role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and ideally a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including waybills, invoices, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely picking and packing of outgoing orders.
• Liaise with transportation companies to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Verify that all shipments match order details before dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments and update the dispatch schedule.
• Address any dispatch-related issues or customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
