Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize dispatch schedules for all outgoing deliveries and collections.
• Create, verify, and manage all necessary shipping documents, including waybills, invoices, and proof of delivery notes.
• Coordinate with drivers to assign routes, provide instructions, and monitor their progress throughout the day.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched items, delivery statuses, and inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times, updates, and any potential issues.
