Job summary

The Talent Room in Centurion is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets and forecasts. You will lead cost control, evaluate quotations and track variations to ensure financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

With 3-5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience and a qualification in the field, you will engage with suppliers and clients to optimise value while maintaining accurate records and cost documentation.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric completed.
• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification.
• 3-5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience in the electrical and/or plumbing industry.
• Financial Quantity Surveying experience is essential.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong numerical, analytical and financial management skills.
• Good communication, organisational and administrative abilities.
